Young adults are bombarded with many messages from peers, parents, siblings, social media, print media, television media to start. It is my honor to work with young adults to support them in clarifying their path. We work together on many issues. Some of the topics we discuss include:

• Finding the right college
• Contextualizing relationships
• Building a career path
• Clarifying and strengthening self image
• Defining personal values
• Building a life at college
• Finding the right internships
• Exploring if sorority and fraternity life is the right option

Whether it is helping them decide what college is right for them - supporting them in finding a career or challenging them to define their own value systems and live by them.

This type of coaching is necessary today because young adults don't know where to turn for unbiased - heart filled guidance. As the oldest of seven siblings I've had a fair amount of on-the-job (family) training.

There are many different types of coaches. If you’re familiar with competitive sports you know there are coaches for tennis, baseball, basketball, football, etc. There are also life and business coaches.

Life and business coaches are similar to sports coaches in that they work with their clients (players) to create a vision of the "win." That is to say, a coach’s goal is to partner with an individual to understand who they are at their core, and what their values are.

Coaching helps move you from where you are right now to where you desire to be in your - finances, work, business, health, relationships and spirtual life.

Most clients want some combination of many of these goals, and together you and I can create a path to achieve them! We'll strategize on the most effective and efficient path for your life.
